Terms of Service

The product sold on this page is a point balance for use within WCLW. Purchased points are credited only after payment is completed and confirmed by the server.

Purchases and Credits

Points are purchased through Stripe Checkout. Following successful payment, points are added to the user's balance once server-side verification has been completed.

Cancellations and Refunds

Points are not credited for incomplete or failed payments. If a refund or correction is required, it will be reviewed individually by the operations contact.

Point Expiration

Points expire one year after the user's last login date. If the user does not log in for one year, any held points will expire.

Restrictions on Use

If fraudulent use, account restrictions, or violations of the Terms of Service are confirmed, use of purchased points may be restricted.
